The BE Lung Fit Foundation (BELieF) was born from a father’s love and an unyielding pursuit of hope. When the Founder's son was diagnosed with a rare lung disease, he faced a harsh reality: limited access to research and knowledge, AND untenable testing regime yielding no prognosis. The healthcare system flat out and still stretched, leaving the founder like too many families without answers. But instead of accepting this grim situation, he chose to seek a future where no child had to face these challenges alone. This fight led to the creation of BELieF Foundation, a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to revolutionising lung health through cutting-edge technology, global collaboration, and medical innovation.
We have created the space for the world's thinkers to come together, fueled by a shared purpose: to cure, not treat, save kids with rare lung disease. Audaciously we target Save kids then share our knowledge so others will benefit.
We are driven by lived experience and a BELieF that it is not better treatments but cures that will make the sustainable long term change. And we are determined to meet that mission. The Foundation’s mission isn’t just about incremental improvements, it’s about transformative breakthroughs that will change the way the world understands the pathways from causation to prognosis is, through treatment, to cures of rare lung diseases. This fulfils our mission and saves lives.

Our Mission
To cure, not treat, SAVE Kids with rare lung diseases.
Central to our mission is the "Lungs Lab", a world-class Centre of Expertise. This pioneering facility will bring together the brightest minds in AI, medicine, and research to collaborate on the future of lung health. At the Lungs Lab, 'Jupiters Grace' we will develop multidimensional lung visualisation, harness the power of AI to decode lung diseases, and accelerate groundbreaking solutions that were once thought impossible.
We also acknowledge the daily battle. Our location is has chosen strategically, 15 min. from Sydney Children Hospital, and on the Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk. We offer respite for needy kids and their parents to undertake physiotherapy on their lungs.
